See these as levels: fountain, shape-shift, or stepping stone. A stepping stone is the most mundane level, to get to the next step in life. Fountain is inspiring and gives a rush to help bloom and release explosive tension. Shape-shifter involves transformation, a mastery of the stepping stone, and the allowing fountaining guidance to inspire, for a change on a higher level than stepping stone.

Not sure if healer is a fourth level. The instrument is gears. Help is an active agent (as in the ballistic actors model of information theory).
