Inner Solstice 2016 - Seed Stalking

I'm spending a two-day Inner Solstice retreat June 21-22, 2016 at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park at the same campsite as I celebrated the Outer Solstice 2015. Celebration of the Inner Solstice starts on June 20. Part of the retreat is to honor the International Day of Yoga on June 21. June 22 was a morning walk. See the seed-stalking results page.

I plan to revisit the seeds found six months before on December 21, 2015. Here they are in photos or map locations and what I wrote.

The graceful arabesque fronds I had admired at breakfast in tent turned out to be seeds. Seeds became my outer quest of the day to match my inner quest for guidance seeds for the coming year. Born on the solstice, each year returning to roots to renew my foothold. From there to launch into ever expanding consciousness. The green-blazed trail I took was strewn with roots in the way of the trail cutter. Some still clinging to mycelium.
