Ten looks around Wholeo Dome
Yet another look at Wholeo Dome? What's new? Isn't this a look back? Here are the reasons for this apparent stuckness.
Technically, I've got a new looker - a sharp wide angle lens (10-22 mm on digital SLR camera), which lets me get more of the dome in a single picture, without the blur of an 8mm fisheye lens. Aesthetically, this was a good time to record the dome as originally installed in The Farm setting. It is after the construction fence was removed and before repairs to damaged panels, which will inevitably change the dome. If the dome goes down, this is its last stand. I retouched broken glass to roughly simulate the original colors.
