Welcome to a silent meditation retreat sponsored by the Emerald Coast Meditation Society on Saturday September 25 honoring the equinox on September 22.
Daytime and nightime hours are equal; day and night are each 12 hours long. Eight sitting meditation sessions alternate with breaks, walks, exercises, meals, and ceremonies. Guests attend some events or all-day.
