Carolyoga - Color Healing

This movie enacts part of a daily practice that I call carolyoga. See a YouTube or Vimeo version. On a wholeo.net color healing web page I enter the name, "GalacticExpandingBlueVibesCarolyoga". I click the menu item to generate a color healing layout with unique random cast colored components. I do neck rings to greet, take in, absorb and become each node. These proceed from Channel/left brain to Svaeieia/ background. I work back through the nodes, expanding each color to allspace, pushing galactic beam being blue vibes outward.
