First Kiss

On January 20, 2019, I first saw our earth's shadow blocking sunlight to the moon at 9:30PM CST. I called it "First Kiss". Zoomed in on my camera, the supermoon size didn't fit the frame, it was so much bigger than ordinary full moons, which do. See the first photo (top).

At 11:15PM, full moon time with the eclipse in totality, I ended up in the parking lot lying back on my car, gazing straight up. I felt fully aligned, in syzygy, my new word of the day, meaning moon-earth-sun lineup. This is called a blood moon. See second photo (last one) above.
