The numbered steps show the way the Spirit coil becomes whole OMlulu, and a special flavor of the MET (Major Event of Transformation body).

OMlulu spirit coil.
Fold the bottom coil up into the top, for the Equeko step.
Twist and raisin it in your being.
Evolve to MET.

When pineal starts working with blue light you've expanded to 5D consciousness. Need to bring yellow orange to ascension.
