On June 19, we offer a one-day silent meditation retreat honoring the solstice, which is on June 21, the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere of earth. Eight sitting meditation sessions are mixed with breaks, slow walks, an early morning beach walk, yoga, meals, and other activities. Guests attend all or part of the event. Hours are 6:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. See alignment chart and links (below).
