Back to Nature Festival, Oct. 17, 2004 Sharing Caroling's experience

Jim Moyers and sandburr on the Emerald Coast (top photo). Jim is in charge of the Choctawhatchee Beach Mouse preservation for WaterColor and WaterSound communities on the coast. Sandburrs grow there too. The tour led through WaterColor gardens to Western Lake, a rare coastal dune lake. Jim told us about native species and ways to mitigate the impact of developing this land for people to live here.
