Little Fishes - 2016, Deer Lake State Park, FL
Myriad little fishes get as close to the shore as possible, avoiding bigger fish after them. Some waves toss them on the sand where they are easy pickings. These tiny fish are the favorite food of Least Terns. Good enough for a mating gift. Sources are in Deer Lake State Park, Florida on the Gulf of Mexico.
