Statue with Head Bent Forward

Dr. Wu asked me to sit in meditation with Nancy James for 20 minutes each day. Specifications include tip of tongue to roof of mouth. If seated on chair, sit on the front 1/3 edge, feet flat on floor. Sit up straight. Bend head forward at a slight angle. Breathe in normally. Breathe out to a location below the heart on the left side, but above the stomach. Consult an image for Neijing Tu. Report to Dr. Wu if a sensation of heat arises in the location. We started this practice on September 19, 2017.

About that time, on September 11, 2017, I visited the garden of Marilyn Harris at The Farm in Tennessee. I wonder if the head of this statue there is inclined according to Dr. Wu's instructions.
