As life goes on, patterns repeat, repurpose, recolor, reinvent and synergize. This art card and menu for a friend combines the enso from a painting by Thich Nhat Hanh with an infinity sign from a yoga breathing practice to suggest the number 80. 80 of them together is a visual play on the Buddhist eight-fold path, saying "Happy Eighty-fold Path". The mandala shows 65, the age of retirement.
