Introducing the Dear Moss Moment, the dear moss moment, when something that could have been evolving in analog or digital fashion, suddenly makes a timeless leap from one state to another. It could be a trick of presentation or perception, or it could be understood as a time lapse event. And it is dear, being about consciousness, awareness. A dear moss moment shall be signified by a little pouf bang with asterisk characteristics, composed of glow beam and deer lichen. In 2009, I slowed down the blinking of the graphic to make it less obstreperous. Note that deer lichen is commonly called deer moss.
