ECMS led a sunrise meditation for the South Walton Community Council (SWCC) Annual Back to Nature Festival at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Florida on October 19, 2014. Nancy James of the Emerald Coast Meditation Society was in charge. We met at 6:10AM to take a tram through the forest to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. During the 30-minute meditation from 6:30-7AM CDT, the sun rose.
