Open your left hand, palm up. Imagine that you can receive energy from the universe through your left hand.

Let the energy flow through you, amplifying your own. Imagine that it is healing energy to make you well and connect with your whole being.

Open your right hand, palm down. Imagine that you can send energy flowing through you and out your right hand.

When you feel like going on, look at the right and left hands extended to you on this page from a virtual circle of people who visit this page. Imagine reaching out your hands to become part of the circle.

Feel the healing energy from the circle flowing into your left hand and out through your right hand to the circle. Attune to the energy of the whole.
