10:30-11:00A.M. EDT on March 20, Equinox meditation
1:04P.M. EDT on March 20, Solar Noon meditation
Rebirthing. Vision of a fish. This year, coloring my birth fish golden, a goldfish. I'm living in a goldfish bowl. That's how I feel in my bus-sized room, with windows on all four sides. For sunrise meditation, 7:00-7:30AM EDT, I'll not put out sunflower seeds, the favorite food for the phonetically similarly named Goldfinch. As state bird, I'm inviting American (eastern) Goldfinches to the event. We got robins. Seeing the sun reminds me that on earth we are traveling with the sun, on the sun's path orbiting the galaxy.
Later in the morning, I'll return, meditating from 10:30 to 11:00AM EDT to experience the balance of the equinox moment at 10:45AM. That's when we align with the sun's path crossing a point on the celestial equator. Being the figurehead on the prow of our spaceship earth, I'll beam welcome vibes. Joy to the moment. I'll catch what stardust I can, from the path. Color visions came.
After noon, I'll stand centered on the sun path at 1:04PM EDT. My shadow points due North as the sun at Solar Noon is the highest in the sky on the day of the equinox and is over the equator on earth. Meditation time to be determined. I'm practicing DeathBreath, visible with condensation.
