5:30 - 6:00 AM EDT Sunrise Meditation
This Great White Ash Tree is a 350-year old being near which we will hold the June Inner Solstice sunrise meditation in the morning.
On May 22, in Maplewood Memorial Park, checking out best locations for sunrise meditation. This will do.
On June 21, the solstice is at 4:24AM EDT. Sunrise is at 5:24AM.
5:30 - 6:00A.M. EDT, Sunrise meditation in Maplewood Memorial Park.
A magenta light came and danced into me. The green of the grass was the most brilliant I have ever seen. The magenta comer was kind of like a floppy petaled flower but in video movement of watery color fluidity. Also coming loosely on that trajectory from upper right. Seeming to somewhat advance with respect to how I let go.
The International Day of Yoga annually on June 21 was established by the United Nations. We honor the practice on this day.
