"I am pleased to advise that Louis Tapper was awarded the Leo Geary Award for 2013.
"Louis had been flying for only a year and a half and was the top-ranked Fun Class pilot (http://www.highcloud.net/xc/comp_result.php?comPk=92&class=0) in the NZ Nationals that were held in Wanaka.
"Louis came 16th overall in the competition (http://www.highcloud.net/xc/comp_result.php?comPk=92).
