I believe that like any oracle, what you see in the signs is a mirror of your own unconscious knowledge and purpose. The signs could be of joy and partnership. Or the signs could be of standstill. It is up to us. I mean, all of us. I hope the fish eye is sky blue, sparkling, free, and open.
