This page is for Walton County, a chunk of NW Florida bordered on the south by the Gulf of Mexico. The southern area is called the Emerald Coast or South Walton (SoWal for short). Several of the entries for separate areas are on the Florida travel page, including, Santa Rosa Beach, Greeting, Water, Eastern Lake, Point Washington State Forest, Camp Creek Lake, Inlet beach, Development, Grayton Beach State Park, and Seaside.
